How do you get to thel ist of programs that start up when your computer starts? Thanks.

Go to dos prompt/command line, depending on what OS you're using and type: msconfig

Also you can choose what type of startup your system will use, ither normal, selective, or diagnostic.

You don't have to go to a dos command line. You just have to go to start, run, and then type in msconfig. Note, people have complained about it not working well with screen readers. But I've never had any problems with it.
